I remembered seeing a Japanese video on a funky way to fold shirts. It was perfect every time. Thing is, they went so fast I couldn’t quite figure it out. So here is a nice slow, English version of this technique. Hope it helps you as much as it helps me.

Jones Sugar-Free Root Beer tastes pretty crappy. I mean, I expected so much better from the folks at Jones. Seriously, your local grocery store’s own brand is more flavorful than this stuff. What a wast of my $2.

In order to effect true positive change in your experience, you must disregard how things are - as well as how others are seeing you - and give more of your attention to the way you prefer things to be.
This will be my focus for today. I seem to have quite a few things [...]

Courage is the power to let go of the familiar — Raymond Lindquist
I’m a firm believer in everything happening for a reason (yes, even the bad stuff). Looking back, during every major life event’s rough spot, the very thing I once thought I’d never be able to overcome, I’m able to see that [...]

Rumor has it this came through Tony Robbins (my dream career!), but you know how far off those emails can be…

I learned this yesterday and then again today…when lying down reading a book, be wary of letting the cat use you as a pillow. This is especially true if he starts dreaming. Next thing you know, you too will be sound asleep.
PS - sometimes reading with the pupster can have the same effect, [...]

I am not a geek. I’m just a cheap imitation of one.
No really. I spent all damn day between the tutorials and the actual editing of my CC interview with Megan Crane. Then the hubby comes home, offers to help with one little bit and the next thing I know, he wants me to [...]

Once again I’m hopped up on too much caffeine. This time around it’s thanks to the lovely folks at Starbucks and their damnable, little bottles of frappuccino. I’d be concerned except I really don’t drink all that much caffeine on a regular basis. Must be like drinking alcohol and that how building a [...]

I hit up Bristol Farms this weekend and while almost falling for the succulent $6.99/pound cherries, I was reminded of this post I wrote up last August. Somethings never change, I guess…
I know the experts say that you shouldn’t go grocery shopping hungry. Well, whatever you do, DON’T go to Bristol Farms hungry!!! [...]
